Lodging at Long View Ranch is $25 per person per night. We have five cabins that can rest up to 140 friends. The cabins are heated and air-conditioned so they can be used year round. Nice bathrooms in each cabin section. This also includes free use of our dining/meeting hall, game room, and swimming hole with tubes, float and swing while your group is staying with us. We take pride in our delicious menu! Some groups return year after year because of our high quality food. You will not regret adding meals from LVR to your stay with us.
Now for the FUN! All our activities are led by trained pro's who love to give your group the best experience they can. Each activity is priced per person. Minimum of 10 people per activity for overnight groups, unless stated otherwise.
Come to Long View Ranch and enjoy leisurely trail rides across our 130+ acres. Ride across streams, around hillsides, next to our beautiful pond and enjoy the creation around you. 4th graders and up please. Up to 10 people can ride at one time. We will do multiple 45 minute rides for larger groups.
Come and ride on our TREK moutain bikes through the awesome terrain God created. We have lots of trails, our Long View Challenge Track, and a short class on how to use the bike effectively. Helmet Provided. 6th graders and up. Must have average bike skills. 1 hour. Minimum of 10 people.
Static (Target) Paintball:
Don't feel like getting hit by a paintball, but still want to feel the thrill of shooting? We have a great target course that includes air horns, flying targets, different shooting stances, and a timed "hostage rescue." Great fun for all ages. Price includes paintballs, rental of gun, mask, and air for approximately 1 hour of fun. Minimum of 15 people.
Canoeing and Tubing:
(Seasonal: late spring to early fall) Take a peaceful tube ride or canoe the light shoals down the nolichucky River. Enjoy watching turles, fish, birds, and other wildlife along the way. Minimum of 20 people. Tubing is about 1.5 hours, 4th grade and up. Canoeing is about 2.5 hours, 6th grade and up.
Wakeboarding and Skiing:
(Seasonal: late spring to early fall) Have a great time riding the wake at Cherokee Lake. Grab a pair of skis, a wakeboard, or a tube and ride behind our powerful Malibu Speedboat. Never been before? We are set up to teach beginners the basics, and move them up to try the real deal. 4+ hours. 4th grade and up please.
-Rental of meeting areas is available for day-groups. Included for overnight groups.
-Sound System and projector is available per day, within reasonable use.
LVR offers these fun activities at no extra cost to our overnight groups:
Dining/Meeting hall use, Hiking Trails, Covered Basketball Court with Lights, Grass Volleyball Court/ Soccer Field, Tether Ball Poles, Frisbee Golf, Ga-Ga Ball Pit, Large Game Fields, Campfires, 9-Square, Board Game Closet, Amazing Views of the Smoky Mountains.
-We ask for a minimum of 25 people for lodging and meals.
-Besides the non-facilitated free activities listed above for overnight guests, our activities will not be available on Sundays until after 1pm.
