-The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
-If you Cancel your camp registration within 4 weeks of your scheduled arrival at LVR, you will be responsible for full tuition cost unless a spot is filled by a new camper registration.
-Please notify LVR as soon as possible regarding cancellations to open the spot to another child.
-Campers who are already at camp and must leave due to sickness or emergency will be allowed a refund of $25 per day not at camp.
-LVR reserves the right to dismiss any camper without refund if their behavior is harmful to other camp participants, our staff, or our facilities.
-Campers will have no need for spending money while at camp. Everything is included in the camp fee, even 1 camp t-shirt.There is an opportunity to purchase other LVR shirts and hoodies when dropping off or picking up your campers.
-Camp videos are free and will be available for download in the fall.
-LVR has a "no electronics" policy during the camp week. Please leave cell phones, mp3 players, gaming devices, tablets, and anything else electronic at home please.
Why No Electronics?
We love the fact that the moment our campers drive up to LVR they will be set apart for a very special week, one different from their dail routine. Our desire is for students to enjoy the total camp experience. We want our campers to have every possible distraction removed to become aware of God through creation, relationships, and Go's Word, the Bible. Campers do not have access to a phone but our promise to each parent is that we would call in a heart beat if there is a legitimate need or reason. If a camper is traveling with electronic games, head sets, MP3 players, cell phones, etc, we will hold onto them during the week and return the items to each camper when they depart.
